All you have to do to take advantage of this deal is get one of Publix Sunday ad's (they have them in the front when you come in) Get the coupon from it, then buy at least $10 worth of stuff BEFORE COUPONS! That means you can have $10 in stuff then use coupons you may have. Even if your total ends $1.00 you will still get the toilet paper for a penny! Pretty sweet deal. This special only runs on Sundays and Mondays but the item changes each week.
