The New Layout

I have been considering for a while now to do a new layout. The one I changed to just wasn't working for me in ways that I wanted. It turned into a real chore real quick! We started having problems with the internet here as soon as we took the site down. It was a lot of trouble getting it back up, but now we are! (Finally)  I still have many things I need to ad, the majority of it is fully functional. If you run into any non working links or problems of such, please let me know!
