*UPDATE : Many of you have emailed me about ChaCha  and the hiring has been closed, BUT I just got word that hiring is OPEN again!! If you haven't applied, you really need to jump on this one!
They don't just hire anyone, so be prepared to take a tutorial and quiz, and then on to the final test.
