Michael's- Today (Friday) from 6PM-8PM, kids can make a spooky trick or treat bag (purchase of bag is required). Saturday from 10AM-2PM, take part in the FREE Halloween event which includes a free Make-it and Take-it Duck Tape Cuff from 10AM-12PM, face painting from 12PM-1:30 PM, and a Halloween parade from 1:30PM-2PM.
